Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, your order will be replaced Free of Charge. Packages are tracked and insured by Canada Post. -
Outside of Canada (USA and Worldwide)
For orders outside of Canada, shipping charges vary. You will be given a quote when you place an order.
For apparel, shipping is charged by Cafepress in the USA. See their website for the charges.
Local pick-up (for Equipment)
You can pick up your equipment order from my house to save the shipping costs. You must arrange a pick-up time; do not drop in unannounced! Contact me to arrange your pick-up.
Pick-up address: When you arrange a pick-up, you will be given the exact address. It is very close to the intersection of Eglinton Ave./Renforth Dr.
For apparel, you cannot pick up your order because it is produced and shipped from the USA by Cafepress.
